If you cannot find a salon near you where you can try our products, please check our list of partner salons to see if there is one in your area.

How long will it take to receive the hair system after I place my order?

Delivery time depends on your location and product availability. It includes processing and shipping time. Processing in-stock items takes 3-4 business days, while custom orders take approximately 4-6 weeks. Shipping within the USA takes 5-7 business days, and to other countries and regions 7-10 business days. Delays may occur due to crises, holidays, or other unforeseen factors.

Can I return the product?

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible products within 45 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be in their original condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged), with all tags and packaging intact. For custom orders, pre-cut items, and clearance products please refer to our latest return policy. Ineligible products will be returned at your cost. Once we receive the return, we'll contact you to process an exchange or refund.
